The wedding reception will end at 10:00 p.m., and it is a 1.5-hour drive to San Francisco from St. Helena. For those guests who want to enjoy Napa Valley wine and not worry about driving home that night, we have provided links below to a variety of lodging options in the Napa Valley. The lodging options include vacation rental homes/condos through VRBO, bed & breakfast inns, and hotels. In addition, you can visit one of the following Napa Valley reservation sites:
Important lodging considerations:
October is Harvest Season in the Napa Valley, so lodging options fill up quickly! Please plan to secure your reservations at least one year in advance!
Hotels often don’t open up online booking until a year out so some websites may say that they are full, but if you call them they will allow you book.
Lodging in the Napa Valley during Harvest can also be expensive, so booking your lodging as early as possible will also help reduce cost by locking in 2019 rates.
Almost all lodging options require a 2-night minimum during Harvest Season.
We have curated a list of local options for vacation home and/or condominium rentals that accommodate 4-10 guests. These options tend to be more economical than induvial hotel rooms. They range in proximity from Calistoga to Napa which means they will be 15-45 minutes away from the wedding venue.
St. Helena and Calistoga Hotels & Inns
We’ve tried to provide an array of choices at various price points but unfortunately, there tends to be a premium on room prices during Harvest Season. These options are within approximately 15 minutes of the wedding venue.
Napa Hotels & Inns
These options are within 30-45 minutes of the wedding venue.
Santa Rosa Hotels & Inns
These options are within 30-45 minutes of the wedding venue and involve a drive through winding, country roads.
